The active thermal hazard monitoring and early warning device is designed in a compact and integrated manner, with different sampling methods supported. Through active detection, it conducts online real-time monitoring and early warning of nano-particles and characteristic gases generated by overheating hazards and discharge hazards in confined spaces, further avoiding power outages and fire accidents caused by thermal hazards.
1) Hazard monitoring and early warning function: The product utilizes laser technology to detect nano-particles generated by materials at the thermal degradation stage and display the particle concentration value on the early warning device screen. It sends early warning signals based on the real-time concentration and changing trend of nano-particles.
2) Active aspiration detection function: It operates through active aspirating for detection and analysis.
3) Characteristic gas detection function: Various characteristic gases can be detected at the same time by active aspirating. The characteristic gases include carbon monoxide;
4) Environment monitoring function: It can monitor the environment temperature and humidity in real time.
5) Integrated detection function: It operates in integrated detection mode.
6) Anti-interference capability: It can prevent interference or false alarms caused by dust, water mist and other particles that are not overheating hazards.
