This device utilizes an independently developed nano-particle detection technology to realize early warning and real-time monitoring of fires based on nano-particle detection technology, gas sensing technology, data fusion technology and the IOT technology. It strives for valuable time to eliminate safety hazards, thus avoiding major safety accidents.
1) Hazard monitoring and early warning function: The product is based on optical nano-particle detection technology to measure and statistically analyze the nano-particles generated by electrical equipment, materials, cables, connectors, etc. at the thermal degradation stage. It also has the function of real-time monitoring of thermal degradation hazards in the early stage of fire and early warning.
2) Sectional particle measuring function: It can measure the particles produced by thermal degradation according to large and small particle size.
3) Active sampling analysis function: It operates in active aspiration and continuous online sampling analysis mode rather than offline or passive/diffused detection modes.
4) Characteristic gas online monitoring function: It is based on active sampling analysis to detect carbon monoxide.
5) Environment monitoring and assessment function: It can conduct online monitoring of temperature and humidity within the monitoring range, and can carry out temperature alarm and status assessment of the operating environment within the monitoring range.
6) Zoned monitoring function: It can realize independent zoned monitoring and alarm of two areas, and can display information including the concentration of particles, the number of large/small-particle-size particles, concentration of characteristic gases, temperature and humidity, in each area on the display screen.
7) Anti-error diagnosis function: It can avoid interference or false alarms caused by particulate matter that are not overheating hazards, including dust, haze and water mist. It will not trigger an alarm or display a device malfunction after continuous 5-minute tests of dust and water mist .
8) HCI function: With a good human-computer interaction interface, it supports on-site operation and testing, and can display the concentration curve of nano-particles and the value of characteristic gases in real time, which is convenient to view the change trend of the monitored amount.
